REFUND POLICY
1. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS (Our Priority) Since we sell consumable dietary supplements, your safety is our priority. We do not accept physical returns of opened or used products due to hygiene and safety reasons.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, we will offer a full refund or a free replacement immediately. You do NOT need to return the damaged item.
How to report an issue: Please inspect your order upon reception. If there is an issue, email us at support@ironrootslab.com within 30 days of receiving your order with:

A photo of the damaged product.
We will evaluate the issue and issue a refund or send a replacement free of charge.
2. CHANGE OF MIND Due to the nature of our products (health supplements), we generally do not accept returns if you simply changed your mind or did not like the taste. All sales of consumable products are final.
3. REFUNDS If your refund is approved (based on the photos of damage/defect), you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
4. EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD Currently, we ship exclusively to the United States. If you are ordering from outside the US, please contact support before placing an order.
5. RETURN ADDRESS Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Since we do not accept physical returns for safety reasons, sending the package back will only result in it being lost. Always contact support@ironrootslab.com first.
