SHIPPING POLICY

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Please note: Processing time is the time it takes to pack your order, which is separate from the shipping time.

2. SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES We are proud to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3-5 business days after processing.
  • Carriers: We use USPS, DHL, or FedEx depending on the fastest route to your location.

3. TRACKING YOUR ORDER Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update with the first scan.

4. INCORRECT ADDRESS DISCLAIMER It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If you made a mistake, please contact us immediately at support@ironrootslab.com. We will do our best to change it, but we cannot guarantee this if the order has already been processed by our fulfillment center.

5. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES IRONROOTS™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if the tracking confirms the package was "Delivered" to the address entered for the order. However, please contact us if this happens — we will help you file a claim with the carrier to investigate.

6. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING Currently, we ship exclusively to the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.
